In 2015 Exotic Animal Veterinary Center became a preceptor site for students in the Veterinary School at Western University. These students spend a block of time at EAVC being exposed to exotic medicine in a clinical setting. While at EAVC, these students are expected to contribute to the management of patient cases as part of the learning process, and our veterinarians and technicians provide mentoring for them.
